What does it cost?
That depends on how much video you have and how much support you want. In the first call you get a fixed price for your case.
Will our learners notice that someone else is behind it?
No. The academy runs under your address, with your logo. Our name does not appear anywhere, not even in emails or certificates.
Who owns our data?
You do. It is stored separately from every other academy, and the payment account is in your name.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU, in a Microsoft Azure data centre in the Netherlands. We process your learners' data on your behalf, and you receive the data processing agreement before you sign.
How long until we launch?
That mostly depends on how far along your courses are. In the call we give you a date, and we keep it.
Can we bring our existing courses?
Yes. Your videos and materials go in as they are, and we can sit with you while you build your first courses. What happens to existing learner accounts depends on your current platform, so we go through it in the first call.
What happens if we want to leave?
You get your courses, learners and sales as a file to take with you. No negotiation.
Can we see it first?
Yes. In the first call we show you a live academy, not screenshots.
